The Gaming Agent conducts regulatory investigations and prepares complex, detailed reports. The Gaming Agent also works closely with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies. The individual is responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with the casino's operators and managers and maintaining constant communications with the Supervising Agents in their assigned casino. Under the direction of a team of Supervising Gaming Agents, the Gaming Agent reviews the activities of a licensed gaming facility. The Mass Gaming Commission seeks to create a pipeline of qualified candidates for potential future opportunities in its Gaming Agent Division assigned to Encore Boston Harbor in Everett, MA.
